For those seeking a more intimate and exclusive wellness experience, our Private Rooms offer the full contrast therapy circuit in a completely private setting. Whether you are booking solo for uninterrupted personal recovery time, or coming with a friend, partner, or colleague for a shared wellness session, the private room provides comfort, privacy, and full access to premium facilities. Guests booking a Private Room also have access to the Steam Room located in the hallway just outside the private room area. This is a shared facility but remains accessible to private room guests throughout their 1-hour session What's Included • Private Sauna : exclusively yours for the full hour • Private Ice Bath (Cold Plunge) : exclusively yours for the full hour • Private Shower: ensuite shower within the private room • Steam Room access: shared facility, located in the hallway (not inside the private room)
