Cancellation Policy
A $20 cancellation fee applies to any booking cancelled within 4 hours of the session start time. This policy exists to protect session availability for all guests.

Waitlist Policy
When a session reaches maximum capacity, the online booking system must automatically offer the guest a place on a waitlist. If another guest cancels their booking, the first person on the waitlist will be notified and given the opportunity to claim the spot.
